Top three foursomes vied for the coveted Links Technology Cup

The foursome of Ryan Brawner, Nick Bish, Chris Kappes and Jason Milam won the Fifth Annual Links Technology Cup golf outing benefiting the Schaumburg Park Foundation.

The foursome competed against Randy Christie, Jack Trudell, Dale Fowler and Brian Thomason, and the foursome of Bob VanValkenburg, Mark Dwyer, Joe Leone and Scott Murnick. Brawner’s chip at the 27th hole got him closest to the pin and brought home the trophy for his team.

Woodfield Putt of the Day winners were Clarita Reuer, Jeff Richards, Jim Sexton and Pete Justen.

Daily Herald Closest to the Pin winners were Ron Pacini, Dan Smith, Brian Thomason and Matt Lovelace. Andy Hill, Sandy Addison Miller, Ken Floyd, Clarita Reuer, Greg Ring and Jean Schlinkmann were winners of the Longest Drive contest.

The Park Foundation thanks John Barleycorn, The Daily Herald, Woodfield Mall, Links Technology, Mesirow Financial and every other sponsor. The current Park Foundation campaign benefits the renovation of the museum at Spring Valley Nature Center.
